OIS has an infirmary with qualified and experience Doctors and a trained nurses, who are available 24 hours a day. It has all the medical equipments required to handle an emergency.
The school has also tied up with local hospitals in order to provide extensive medical facilities. The school has its own ambulance to rush children to city hospitals in any emergency. |

 OIS provides convenient and comfortable transport (buses and other light vehicles) for day boarders and teachers commuting from various locations in the city to ensure timely and safe transport.

Swimming Pool |
|
A standard swimming pool of 75 m. length with eight lanes has been inaugurated on the 27th July, 2010, at our school. There is a baby pool too alongside! The pool is located in a picturesque location of the campus with the majestic and large hills overlooking it! The swimming pool complex also has a squash court, sauna, mini auditorium and a well equipped gymnasium. We have two specialized male swimming coaches and one female swimming coach. |

| Athletic Field Cum Cricket Ground |
A 400 m athletic track is being prepared on the new play field which has been leveled and made ready for further work as in December 2010.
The inner area of the track will be the football ground. Outside of the track will be the horse riding track in softer soil.The field is being used already by students for playing the games and sports mentioned. The further work to make it a completely professional field will be completed within the next couple of months.
Cricket field prepared by us required substantial maintenance from the field staff. Hence the pitch is being cemented so that the pitch will have an even bounce and will be maintenance free. The same will be ready by the end of December 2010.

Gymnasium |
|
The gymnasium has about twenty types of equipment for different types of exercises, including the automated treadmill. The gymnasium is being used by the senior most boys of the school under the guidance of the specialist sports teachers. The facility used in parallel to the other games and sports opportunities during the games time. |

Squash Court |
 A modern squash court has been inaugurated within the swimming pool complex. Our students and sports teachers are learning and playing together at this facility in the absence of a qualified coach being available to us.

New Ground Soccer & Hockey |
 A new soccer and hockey ground is ready for the students to play. The playfield will eventually have a stand for non participants to sit and cheer. The field will also have 400 m. track around for athletic events to be taken up. The track is surrounded with the horse riding track with softer mud.

| Horse Riding |
 We have four horses with qualified attendants to take care of them.
All the children of our school learn to ride the horse and a few of them are able to learn the advanced skills if they have been in school for a couple of years. The horse riding track surrounds the athletic track in the soccer field. We have experienced trainers for this sport.

Open Air Theatre |
 We have an open air theatre made in stone adjoining the main school building. The amphitheatre has as its backdrop the beautiful and timeless Anjaneri hills.
Facing the west, the theatre provides an ideal place for the quiet and solemn morning assemblies arranged in our school.
The theatre is also used for organizing music concerts, dance programs, simple dramas, quizzes, debates and elocution contests.
