 The natural vegetation around the school is rich and lush green during rains. Once rains are over this vegetation starts drying up. By the time summer approaches it looks barren and the green cover vanishes.
This is an adaptation in the plants to survive difficult conditions like scarcity of water and extreme summers. The flora within the campus remains green throughout the year as it has been planted by developers and taken care by special gardening staff.

 As in Aug 2010, approximately 90 species of plants have been planted on Orchid campus.One can enjoy soothing breeze where beautiful ornamental plants are seen.
The students of all the classes are exposed appropriately to the rich flora and fauna as part of the curricular activities in different subjects like social studies and the sciences.

 They undertake various interesting projects based on the natural habitat to gain a deeper understanding of our enchanting world as also to develop sensitivity towards our natural environment and ecology. |
