The Orchid International School symbol originates from the Sun, the first source of light. In this symbol, sunlight spreads from the petals of an orchid flower. The contours of the flower are a graphic representation of flying birds. Each one is an integral part of the whole and yet each one is free.

Kalyani Education is a private limited company established in the year 2003 in Mumbai by Mr. Ravindra Gambhirrao Sapkal and his wife, Mrs. Kalyani Ravindra Sapkal. The company has come up with an ambitious project of setting up an International Residential School viz. Orchid International School at Nashik in Maharashtra.
